Wenn die angegebene Datei ausf&uuml;hrbar ist, gibt diese Funktion true,
sonst false<br>
zur&uuml;ck.<br>
Beachten Sie bitte, dass das Ergebnis zwischengespeichert (siehe clearstatcache)<br>
wird.</p>
